As the Executive Director of the Strategic Business Partners, for M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Deana directs the design, operations and strategic planning of all employee relations, EEO and HR regulations programs for the Institution. Deana has 20 years of progressive human resources experience with a background in organizational design and effectiveness, employee relations, conflict resolution, compensation management, and regulatory compliance. She is an employee focused leader that seeks to inspire cooperation and teamwork in order to meet the operational and strategic challenges presented internally and externally.
